I've decided to do a 52 week challenge of Pinterest inspired creations and to blog about them along with my ongoing upholstery work and tutorials...

This jacket was my first Pinterest inspired creation that really got me out of my mommy funk and got me really creating things again. The inspiration came from this guest blog on about a little girls jacket pattern sized using a onsie (or t-shirt).
My Momma-in-Law helped me with the liner and we finished the jacket in 2 evenings!
I was so pumped, I made a hat, boots, and tail to match--and the Mad Hatter hat for my husband using the video tutorial found on Threadbanger!

I was discovering a whole world of inspiration online and it was amazing!

To keep up this renewed spirit and love of life, I've decided to do a 52 week challenge of Pinterest inspired creations and to blog about them along with my ongoing upholstery learning and tutorials.
